The Realm of Sound

What will it take to fully live in the heart?
What will it take to facilitate this?

To live in the heart is to be:

*Playful
*Intoxicating, i.e.: everything is a wonder of creation
*Living in reality, i.e.: in truth- Satyam
* In connection with heart of the sky and the heart of the earth
*Vibrate at a higher frequency

We are astonishing spirit beings, but have forgotten the way, and need to learn to attune to our instruments again.

How does sound relate to this? Sound gets us out of the mind and into our heart space. Have you been somewhere and just belted out a song knowing you were the only person around! How did it feel? For me, very liberating! and yes I LOVE the sound of my voice! How delightful!

This vibration begins to unlock the inner instruments, which the heart understands, the mind cannot. Sound has not way of being blocked; there is no defense system. It is only the constraint and restraint of the mind that blocks us. We are intimately connected to sound, what we hear and what we make has an effect on our mind and body. Everything is vibration, and everything has a frequency.

Do you believe that sound protects us? If it is the right quality, YES! Wonderful mantras and songs of the heart are not personal, but of cosmic nature, therefore we cannot be afraid. The vibratory patterns unspiral the constraints and we begin to sound like we are! It is that magical frequency that animates you.

So sing with your heart wide open, allow your sound to flow unencumbered to the edges, no fences and no restraints. Like a drop of water in a lake, rippling to eternity.

Use song as your healer and sing to your hearts content.

Hari Om (I am singing this beautiful Mantra LOUDLY for all to hear!)
