Terms and Conditions

OUR INTENTION:

It is our intention to make things as simple as possible for anyone who wants to go on a retreat. Balancing the administrative and business side of the retreat is delicate.

Before purchasing a retreat; it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand clearly the cancellation policy.

We know that sometimes unexpected events happen that can keep you from going on a trip you have planned. If you are 100% sure you cannot join this journey, maybe wait for the next journey.

It is the traveller’s responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks, this is compulsory.

If travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason, there will be no refunds issued by Joan Ngo and Anita Sundaram.

If participants choose to leave the group to venture out on their own, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from being on their own.

We require that foreigners traveling abroad do so with a valid Passport expiring more than six months following the departure date. Individual travelers are responsible for ensuring they arrange visas to countries being visited as required.
Joan Ngo and Anita Sundram are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, delayed, lost or stolen baggae, flight cancellation or illness.

Joan Ngo and Anita Sundaram shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at the accommodation, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, political issues, terrorism, delays, pandemics, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems leading up to or during a retreat or tour.

Please note that Joan Ngo and Anita Sundaram, cannot be held responsible if you contract Covid 19.

Cancellation by Joan Ngo and Anita Sundaram
